This week, we pay tribute to the point 'n' click adventure games of LucasArts with looks at three quirky ports of their earliest games - Maniac Mansion, The Secret of Monkey Island, and Zak McKracken and the Alien Mindbenders.

Much of the opening couch material was improvised. The rest of the episode is as scripted.
As a nod to Disney's purchase of LucasFilm, the coffee table features a stack of "Star Wars" and "Indiana Jones" DVDs on which stands a statuette of Mickey Mouse from "Runaway Brain".
The static sound used in the transitions to and from the guest contributions is the same one used by Charlie Brooker in his various "Wipe" shows. Brooker's work is cited as an inspiration for the format used for PortsCenter.
