A cut scene from the Frisco, TX segment where Randy DeWitt and Coby Brooks (posing as an unruly patron) where they discuss Chloe's future with the company was included in the DVD release.

In real life, the Twin Peaks restaurant chain is part of a duopoly with Hooters of America where former Hooters employees have defected after Chanticleer Holdings became the new owners. Coby Brooks (seen undercover as an unruly biker) relinquished his title as the Hooters CEO in July 2011 where he is now part of Twin Peaks empire as a franchisee opening new locations in the Southeast United States. In real life, Hooters of America filed an injunction against Twin Peaks since a majority of former Hooters employees shared trade secrets that Twin Peaks have copied or spun off (from its own version of the Hooters Pageant now known as the Twin Peaks Bikini Contest including the use of upscale music venues to host their national finals). Since 2013, third party photographers and videographers are disallowed at the annual Twin Peaks bikini contests including credentialed media (in other words, a Twin Peaks patron is forbidden to possess professional grade camera and video equipment on Twin Peaks-owned or franchised premises throughout the Continental United States).

As of late 2015, Peaktastic Beverage LLC (which franchised 2 Twin Peaks locations in Killeen and Waco) had their franchise agreement revoked by Twin Peaks corporate management in the wake of the May 17, 2015 Waco, TX shootings involving 2 rival motorcycle clubs.
