It's hard to give "The Propmaster" a score at all, since it's a very short film. However, it DID make me laugh--and that surely is something and makes it worth seeing.

The film consists of three men working at a casting call for a movie. Again and again, they interview women of dubious talent for their film. However, a strange looking guy shows up and he looks much like a hobo--not at all the sort you'd expect to have come to such a meeting. He says, however, that he's there to help out and make any sort of props they need for the film and he keeps saying he can make anything. While it's doubtful if he can do anything to help the film, on a lark one of the guys tells him that he needs three things and explains exactly what they should look like. After all, perhaps this strange man CAN give them something they could use after all....

The film works well because the punchline is very funny. The movie is hard to really describe and if I say more it will ruin the surprise. Well wroth seeing.
