Swift action as always. Some trivia includes that the Reptile Men look like the Creature from the Black Lagoon but with Charlie Chan mustaches, and even speak in a slightly Asian tone. The first segment, Black Mantra, has a very neat looking, much better looking and pretty much sole villain, and plays out better, and longer than the rushed reptilian followup.
