The Daywatch must investigate abuses for the Lightside. A good movie to watch, but you must pay attention.The main plot of the movie is about an apocalyptic war that the Light Ones are trying to prevent and the Dark Ones are trying to instigate, as well as a love story between a Light One trainer and his trainee Sveta, who is a "Great One" which means she has extraordinary powers.There are a few subplots as well, one is a boy on the Dark side who is actually the son of a Light One; a Dark One who is the wife of the head of the Dark Ones and she becomes enamored of a younger man; a monk who guards the "Chalk of Fate" which is part of the main story line; and also the rivalry between the heads of both the Dark and Light Ones and how they interact with their followers.
